The FIT IN FALL- BODYWEIGHT 30 DAY CHALLENGE is a fitness program designed to help you gain strength and confidence heading into the cooler months! For this challenge all you will need is YOU, a mat, a wall and water close by! The classes are held live from Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday & Sunday and last for between 20-40 minutes. The classes typically start at 8:30 AM EST. If you can't make it, the video will be loaded here about a hour after class. This challenge is a great opportunity to improve your strength, endurance, and overall fitness level.
