This month, (starting tomorrow @ 8:30am est!) launches the 30 Bodyweight Fit in Fall Challenge! If you're doing the challenge, you can find the link through the programs tab. All you need is a mat, a wall and your beautiful self. Oh yeah and don't forget the water!
