Here is a video of an amaaing Full Body Superset. You will need 2 benches, a Dumbbell or Kettle bell and YOU!
Make sure your warm up for at least 5 minutes before any exercises. Stretch and roll afterwards. Be ncie to yourself :)
Step on 2 benches a
little wider than Shoulder width. Choose a single weight (dumbbell or kettle bell recommended) for added resistance. Hold weight between your legs ad squat down. Make sure to press your hips back in the movement and don't let your knees pass over your toes. Perform 8-12 repetitions. I super set these squats with 8 Burpees! This is an advanced superset. You can perform sweat thrusts or 8 pushups in place of burpees.
3x10 Wide Bench Squats
3x8 Burpees (or alternative)
Great for shaping your legs & Glutes! With the addition of burpees, you are benefiting from a full body workout.
