And Just Like That…

It is September! The kids are back to school, Starbucks has released the PSL & football has started… dare I say Fall is in the air?!

Here at The Missy Method, we are also changing with the season. It is the start of a New Class Schedule!

Starting September 12, 2022, I will be hosting class Monday through Friday! The new time will be 8:45-9:30! Yes, you read right, I am extending the class by 30 minutes to make sure we warm up, workout and cool down in each class.

This Fall there will be 3 - 4 week Programs. The first Program is EPIC! For each workout you will need a set of 5, 8, 10 lbs dumbbells, a bench or chair & a loop resistance band.

Like always, make sure to have water, a mat and towel near by!
