HALLOWEEN FIT TEST


Hey FIT Friends!

Let's head into fall on the right foot (or left), you know what I mean.


So tonight chances are you are going to eat too much sugar or drink too much. If not, then high 5 to you! And if you are one of my Team VIP clients that are competing in 1 week, save your favorite candy bar for AFTER the show!!


Before tonights festivities being, I want to put out a FIT TEST. A fit test is a series of exercises for you do to in an allotted time. You will need a timer/stopwatch, a pad or piece of paper (you an insert this info into your phone later) and a pen. No equipment is needed, you can do this in your home or at the gym. You will write down your # after each exercise and tuck it away. Don't look at it until I tell you to! For the 3 months (this is all leading up to NEW YEARS!!) I want you to commit to working out at least 3 times a week. I also want you to make healthier food choices. You can find custom programs on my Services page if you need guidance.

HERE IS THE WORKOUT


GET YOUR TIMER READY


EACH EXERCISE WILL LAST 1 MINUTE


DO AS MANY REPS AS POSSIBLE IN THAT AMOUNT OF TIME- IF YOU NEED TO REST, DO IT, THEN PICK BACK UP UNTIL THE TIME EXPIRES.


WRITE DOWN THE NUMBER OF REPS AND REST FOR 2 MINUTES BEFORE STARTING THE NEXT EXERCISE

WARM UP

50 jumping jacks

10 Stationary side to side lunges

10 Over head sifde stretches

10 leg swings each side


WORKOUT


60 SECONDS - AIR SQUATS

REST 2 MINUTES *write your reps

60 SECONDS - PUSH UPS

REST 2 MINUTES *write your reps

60 SECONDS CHAIR OR BENCH DIPS

REST 2 MINUTES *write your reps

60 SECONDS FULL SITUPS

REST 2 MINUTES *write your reps


SQUAT THRUSTS


*write your reps


REST 2 MINUTES- COOL DOWN


I WANT YOU TO STRETCH and DRINK WATER


Now put this paper in a safe place for you to pull out in 3 months.
