I encourage you to focus on habits that you can create to FEEL better. I promise if you focus on the habits that make you feel better, your self love and body acceptance will organically improve.
This shift is not going to happen after one day or maybe even 10. It’s going to be a constant work in progress because to this point in your life, you have been led to believe that you’re not quite good enough. And we both know that’s not true. 💛
