SUMMER SCHEDULE

Hello friends! I hope you are all having a fun and productive (or maybe relaxing) Summer. I also hope you are staying moving and hydrated during the hottest days of the season. As the temperatures rise, I have brought my workouts inside and to you, via Zoom!


I am so excited to start your days every Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings! I have created 30 minute, effective, efficient and fun workouts with minimum equipment. These workouts will burn calories, build lean muscle and define your core! Starting at 8 a.m. each day, make sure you have the following;


- A pair of Dumbbells - 5/8/10 lbs depending on your fitness level

- A loop band at at least medium resistance

- At least 16 oz of water

- A mat

- A chair/bench or couch
