
Happy Memorial Day weekend friends!
I know a lot of you will be participating in water activities and therefore, will be in bathing suits. This will either stir up feelings of excitement or straight up anxiety. If you're feeling the latter, I'm here to help! Here are some great abdominal workout you can do at home to start strengthen that midsection. Remember, you won't see those hard abs without cleaning up your nutrition!
Perform 3 sets / 10 Repetitions of each exercise. 0-30 second rest between exercises. 1-2 minute rest between sets.

10 Crunches

20 - 30 seconds Plank on elbows
into
10 Mountain Climber

10 Full Sit-ups with 4 count return to floor
into
10 Bicycles

10 Crunches

20 plank hold
