Today I am here to show you a lower and upper body combo move to add to your next full body day at home or the gym.

The two moves here are targeting your shoulders, quads, glutes and abdominals.
Banded Squat Press
Superset (no rest) with
Front Band Raise
My recommendation is 10 reps of each exercise.
Rest 30-60 seconds and do again for a total of 3 sets.
