Service Description
Let’s target the whole body with an emphasis on leaning out the lower body. This class is reoccurring every M-W-F @ 8:30a.m. You will need bala/wrist weights, 3,5,10 lbs weights. Water and a Mat. Oh and don’t forget your water!
