But here’s the truth:
Starting your day with sugar is silently sabotaging your energy, cravings, and hormone health.

This week, I’m inviting you into something different.

Welcome to the 7-Day Savory Breakfast Challenge 🥑

This isn’t a diet. It’s a strategy.
One that supports hormone balance, reduces mid-day crashes, and rewires your relationship with food in the morning. For 7 days, we’re focusing on real food that fuels us for real life — not a blood sugar rollercoaster.

The Rules (but not the rigid kind)

🕘 Fast for 13–16 hours overnight
Your body thrives on this daily rest and reset. Wake up, hydrate, and push your first meal back until you hit that 13–16 hour window. This gentle intermittent fast gives your body time to repair, stabilize blood sugar, and tap into fat-burning.

🍽 Break your fast with a savory, protein-rich meal
That means no oatmeal, granola, or fruit-first smoothies this week. Instead, we’ll be enjoying things like egg scrambles, veggie-packed hash, savory bowls, and leftover protein from dinner (yes, breakfast doesn't have to "look" like breakfast!).

🌱 Order of eating matters
Start with vegetables, then move to healthy fats and proteins, and if you're including fruit — save it for last. This simple trick can help blunt the blood sugar spike and keep you fuller, longer.

🍴 Repeat or rotate your meals
I’ve created a downloadable Savory Breakfast PDF full of recipes you can mix and match — or fall in love with one and eat it on repeat. No shame in a breakfast bowl rut when it’s that good.

Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.

Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
