Our Plans

The Missy Method Nutrition Plans are created to help you get the best results.  It is important to feed your body whole, vitamin rich foods for energy and  health.

At TMM, we understand that proper nutrition is essential for reaching your fitness goals. That’s why we offer High Protein Nutrition Plans that are constructed by overall calorie levels. Starting from 1150 calories up to 3500, our plans are designed to cater to everyone’s needs. With these plans, you can rest assured that you’re getting all the nutrients your body needs to perform at its best.​

The Macro counts of all plans sit around 40% Protein/35% Fat/25% Carbohydrates. These plans will support muscle and energy levels. You will not find any processed foods in TMM plans, so you know your body is being fed the best way possible. Read below for what to expect in your Plan and other Wellness Tips.
